GRAINS PACAMARA
Originated from a natural cross between Pacas and Maragogipe. Grown primarily in El Salvador, where it is frequently dominates Cup of Excellence competitions for high cup quality.
Pacas is a natural mutation of Bourbon. The variety was discovered in 1949 on a farm owned by the Pacas family in the Santa Ana region of El Salvador.
Maragogipe is a natural mutation of Typica discovered near the Brazilian city of Maragogipe in 1870.
TORRÉFACTION FONCÉE
Nous proposons deux niveaux de torréfaction, le Classique and Dark Roasts.
The Dark roast is for those who like a coffee with “strong taste”. This roast level allows us to taste the flavor of a dark coffee, but in a level that still preserves the real flavor of the coffee without having a bitter taste.
